Exercise with your baby/toddler!
Buggy Mums enables you to exercise with your baby/toddler, meet other mums in the area and get out in the fresh air!
Classes last approximately 1 hour and consist of a brisk walk to warm up, followed by power walking to get the heart going, toning and strengthening exercises specifically designed for post natal exercise,cool down and stretch.
